Draw on Image Widget not working on Firefox browser

    I attempted to use the Draw on Image in my survey. However, when I view the survey, the images are blank (gray rectangles). The images show up correctly in the editor though.

    Hi,

    When I test your form http://www.jotform.us/form/42085993326159 I was able to reproduced the problem of the Draw on Image widget when using Firefox browser

    BUT it works perfectly when using Google Chrome browser

    This issue might be due to browser incompatibility issue.

    I suggest try using also other browser like Google Chrome at the moment and check if the problem still happens on your end.

    I will submit a bug ticket report to our higher team support regarding the issue of Draw on Image Widget when using Firefox browser.

    Hello, 

    The issue is resolved - Firefox have since updated the browser with many bug fixes which addressed the error preventing the drawing canvas from displaying:
