Thanks for using Jotform. You can add multiple approvers by making an approval flow similar to the screenshot below using a split and merge elements to branch the flow and merge it:
In the Merge Branches element, you can choose two options:- Wait for all branches to be completed.
- Wait for any of the branches to be completed.
If you choose the Wait for all branches to be completed option, all approvers need to approve the request for workflow to continue to the next step. In my example above, I set up an Email to go out upon approval and ended the flow there.
If you choose the Wait for any of the branches to be completed option, only one approver needs to approve the request for workflow to continue to the next step.
