You are asking if you can add coupon or discount codes to reduce the price of your paypal product?

Yes, that's possible. If you go into your payment integration for paypal and toggle next past your list of products you willcome toa list of 3 options. The top one of those is labeled " Coupons " and you can apply this feature to your pricing to discount it from there.
