    I can't download a file from a submission.

    I am trying to download the file that was part of this submission:http://www.jotform.com/submissions/32596164578871

    But I keep getting this error message:

    This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.

    All the files that were uploaded to your form are unavailable for download. Were you able to download any of this before? When was the last time you download a file? Did you make any changes to the file upload field? The files should still be available even though these are old files uploaded way back 2013.

    I have created a report for this problem and submitted it to our developers for further review.

    We were able to download them before. I actually found the file I was looking for in a backup, but we would still like access to other old files in case we need them.

    Thank you for letting us know about that and yes we do understand where you are coming from as you should indeed be able to access them regardless of the situation so long as they are still available in your account.

    My colleague has already reported this to our developers so we will let you know as soon as we can.

    Hello IOCDF,

    Did you have your username changed previously or was your form moved from one account to another? These things cause problems when you have file upload fields on your form that was transferred.

    Can you check your past email notifications and see if the download links are available there?
