Data in three fields is not being captured (on the submissions report) and not being transmitted in my email alert. Can I get some help on this?

    So you have 3 fields on your form which are not showing the data for them in your notification?

    I found this form on your website and inspected it. I found that you have 3 notifications.

    Can you please tell us which 3 fields are not included and which one of your notifications you are missing the mentioned data in?

    I'm asking about that because I see you've customized some of them so you may not have tagged it properly with the matching fields from the form field tag box on the right.

    I think probably what happened is you might have adjusted your email notification then changed your form later on and it probably didn't update. You may want to try deleting the notification that is giving you this trouble then make a new one to rebuild it.
