I need a Page navigator form.

I need a jotform that will allow my visitors to be able to enter their Staff ID number, press submit, and be navigated to their hotel page, rather than having to scroll
through the different hotel buttons.

Once they hit submit, that number should
take them to a certain URL. I know that there is a lot of variables involved, but if you could just point me into the right direction, I believe that I can figure it out.

I am not sure if I have understood your requirement correctly.

Please be noted that it is not possible to read the data from any external source. I you do not want to read the data from any external source, I believe you can take advantage of our "Conditions" feature to achieve your requirement.

You can add condition in your form to display the hotel page URL or redirect them after submission by adding condition to"Change Thank You message after submission". Please check the screenshot below:
