I would like to cancel our monthly account as we are no longer receiving a high amount of submissions. The free service should be able to handle our load until next summer. Please inform me of the steps needed to cancel our monthly billing.

However, you can easily speed up this process to expedite the cancellation yourself inside of your paypal account by following these simple instructions below:
(1) Login to your Paypal Account
(2) Find the latest payment you have made to JotForm
(3) Click the subscription number for that transaction
(4) Click on the "Cancel Subscription" button.
