How Identify Survey Submitters without asking for name, email address, etc.

Hello. When I published and emailed my survey URL, I did realize that the survey responses would be anonymous because I didn't explicitly ask submitters to identify themselves. Now have a need to identify submitters. Can I? In other words, several people have submitted survey responses that we'd really like to address, but we don't know who submitted them. For instance, the first red underline in the screenshot indicates the submitter is not getting reimbursed what was promised, but if so, we know that's they're doing it wrong and we'd like to show how to do it right. The next underline indicates their staff needs more training which we'll provide for free. The third wants further info. In all three cases we're not able to reply until we can identify the submitter. Is there a way to figure out who submitted these particular responses despite that I neglected to ask them to identify themselves in the submission. Thanks.

    Hell Steve,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I have checked if there are possible means to retrieve the submitter's information but found none. Please make sure to collect even the submitter's email address so you can contact them later when needed. However, as of this time, we cannot trace who these submitters are since the field information you have collected is limited.

Let us know if you have any other questions.
