Emails not sent to .parts extension

    In my form I try to add a new sender under email alerts. However when I do this it doesn't work. My e-mail address is

    I checked our mail logs and the emails are indeed failing somewhere along the way:

    Since you have a new top level domain I am not sure how that may affect the emails.  Here is our guide on how to prevent emails from being bounced:

    If none of the steps listed in that guide enable you to receive emails, lets us know and we will be happy to see if there might be a problem with the .parts domain.
