I have a form in my companies website that the configurable list widget is not showing on the page, other things are just not the dropdown, text boxes, textarea boxes.
The direct link works on a open browser.
My site is on wix.com, i don't know who's problem it is.
now the list shows up only after I click next then hit back to see the dropdowns? Any Idea's

I can use the widget and even successfully submit the form.
Can you please clarify if you are still having issue.
For initial troubleshooting, can you also try using different browsers to check the form on your website. See if results are better.
Inform us if issue persist.

That is exactly the problem how is a visitor/customer going to know click next then click back to fill in the list?
I am not the only one having the problem. Here is a link to a different forum. I guess it is being worked on.

I understand what you mean by that, but unfortunately I am not able to replicate the same issue on my end either even though I tested it as well.
I have cleared your form cache from our end to refresh your form so please clear your browser cache and test it again on your side.
If it is still a problem then may we know what browser(s) and browser version(s) are you using that you are seeing this happen in?
Can you please share a screenshot of this with what your seeing on your end so that we can compare it with our own and investigate this problem more?

Did all the above still same issue.
I am running win 7 professional
here are the version of the browsers I tried
google chrome: 37.0.2062.94 (Official Build 290621) m
internet explorer: 11.0.9600.17239

Thank you for providing more details.
Base on the screenshot you provided, I can now see what was happening on your end.
however, I could still not get to reproduced it on my end. So, I don't think there is a problem with your website or the form.
Is there also a way for you to test/check using other computer/device.. or even on a different network. Maybe the issue is tied on the current device/computer you are using at the moment.
Please try also if possible. Hopefully that makes the difference.

I did. I am in Wisconsin. I called someone in Illinois and they got the same result I did.
There is a bug in the coding for the widget.... If you click the link below you will see this is a problem with other people. This is the developer forum for jotform.

In my opinion this seems to be more of a singularity versus an actual problem since most problems that turn into issues we can normally replicate on our test accounts one way or another. But, I do understand and can see that according to your screenshot it is still an obvious problem on your side.
The issue you've linked in reference above is the only other issue I've seen related to this as of awhile now. However, what I will go ahead and do is report this in a ticket just so our dev's are alerted that you are experiencing the same occurrence.
According to my colleague's response that problem is still being investigated and monitored to try to figure out the root of the problem. Please understand that yours will likely be added to the same list to have it checked as well. And as soon as something more is known then we'll update you.

If the problem persists even after having tried everything that was suggested, it sure is a very rare case. The developers will have to address the issue and ensure that the same doesn’t happen to other members.

Hi, as of today we've made changes to the widget server. We improved how widgets interact with the form page break. This might solve your problems regarding your forms with widgets and page breaks resulting to hidden or missing widgets when navigate to each pages. Please let us know if these changes reflects into your form otherwise report back so that we can further assist you.
