    Hi,

We have received a notice  'Form over quota' for http://form.jotform.co/form/31963612800854 however all of our other forms appear to be blocked too.

I understand that we must have reached a quota on one form, so why has that suspended all of the others? Example: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/40144070991955

We are happy to cease using the initial form that has exceeded the quota.

Please advise how to get the other forms up and running.

    Kind regards,

    Homes in London

    Hi,

    Thank you for contacting us.

For your information, quota is not based per form, it is based per account. In other words, which ever of your forms passes the limits, all of your forms will be disabled. May I suggest you to please consider upgrading to any of the available paid plans for a higher limits. http://www.jotform.com/pricing/

Note that free user's upload storage limit is 100MB. As of the moment, your total file uploads has reached to 4GB. If you don't want to upgrade, you have to delete all your form submissions with files attached to it in order to free up your upload storage. Of course, you can download your files before deleting them for your local copy.

If you have further questions, let us know here.

    Regards!
