Why am I being told my credit card needs updating?

    I have Jotform set up to debit my PayPal account, but when I go to my profile it tells me that my credit card has expired. Why should that matter if I'm paying by PayPal?

    Hello pmplist,

    Upon checking your account, I did not find any issue with that. Your account is currently in good shape and the next renewal date is only on August 28, 2014.

    Did you receive an email from the FastSpring or from PayPal? Do get back to us and we will take a look.
