I'm trying to gain access to an account that was used for our business. the username on the account is LouisePriestman
She no longer works with us and we have no access to the account.

I believe the "She" you are talking here is one of your co-worker? Do you have access with that account email? If you have, you can do a password reset from the login page. Click Forgot Password link.
Unfortunately, we just can't disclose the account to anyone without verification from the account owner. We have to do this for security reasons. We'd highly recommend contacting the account owner first to post a reply on this thread http://www.jotform.com/answers/421082 while logged in to that account for verification purposes. Or I think the best way is to ask the login credentials to the account owner.
Another way to overcome this is to create your own form in the form builder using your own account and replace the existing form embedded on your website.
