is it possible to recover a message that I mistakenly deleted yesterday?

Unfortunately once a submission is deleted it is not recoverable.  The backup may be the email of notification sent along with the submission.  If you have that, it should have at least the information you included in the notification.  Other than that, we are unable to retrieve deleted submissions.
