Reminder Email Query

If original form is emailed is to a list, does the form "know" if it has been submitted and NOT send a reminder? And need a list of NON-responders (a report?)

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. No, the reminder email does not have a way to detect whether the user already submitted the form. It will still send a reminder email as set up. Regarding a list of NON-responders, unfortunately, it is not currently possible to create a report for the non-responder after sending the reminder email to the recipients. While the features you’re looking for aren’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform.
