If the user completes the form and then decides to make change to his or her answers at a later date will you be sent an e-mail notification that changes have been made?

    Hi ownerlistedhome,

The user should submit (complete) the form again when the changes have been made or else you wouldn't be able to see the changes he/she has made.So the answer is, the user should submit (complete) the form everytime he/she makes a change.

I hope you find the given information useful :)
