Please Help!...The form which I have been working on for the last month has become corrupt. For some reason parts of the form and conditions are now missing. From what I can tell, parts of Step 2, all of Step 3 and Step 4 are gone. I updated the form over the weekend and was working perfectly fine, but for some reason this morning parts of the form are now missing. The backup I had in the account is also not working.

Also, I kept an older version in another account. This should give you an idea of how the form should look. But does not include many of the updates/changes.
Let me know if you can help. I do not want to have to redo the form.

I can only think of two possibilities as to why this happened. It is either you were not able to successfully save your form, or someone with access to your account has undone the changes you made.
Either way, I am afraid you'd have to redo the form because we do not do form restorations anymore. It takes a lot of time, is cumbersome and is very risky. We do not want to cause server problems just because of a single form.

Thanks for the response. I had a feeling I would have to redo the form. The only thing I don't understand is why my backup is corrupt aswell, it suffers the same symptoms.
