I'm not having the secure code, just the normal one) i only had 39 and it's over quota/disabled

Upon checking your account, I found that you have received 12 SSL submissions and that is the reason why your account is over quota. Please be noted that in free account you can only receive up to 10 SSL submissions.
I did check your web page and could not find any secure embed code there. Have you shared your form's direct SSL URL? That could only be the reason of this issue. If the form is not accessed with its SSL URL or it is not embedded with SSL embed code, the captured submission will never counted as SSL submissions.
I have activated your account but you need to ensure that you do not receive SSL submissions.
