I downgraded my subscription, Why am I still at Premium?

    Hi there,


    Your account will remain Premium until the period you have paid for
    expires which will be on September 20. By then your account will automatically
    be downgraded to the free subscription and you will no longer be charged.

    I currently have a Premium account. I would like to downgrade for free account but can not find how to manage. Can you please let me know? Thank you!

    @fatma1,

    As requested, we have cancelled your Premium subscription and you will no longer be billed. You will be downgraded to a Free account effective 2011-10-05.
