How to edit the name in the Approval & Sign tab in Approval Workflow?

I have created the approval workflow. In the "Approval & Sign" tab, by default the name "Jayaprakash" is displaying. How to change the name?

The approver's name is based on the approver's Signer Email Address by default.

You are showing your name in the Approve and Sign element as the system recognizes your email address username. Unfortunately, there's no direct option to change the approver's name in the Approval and Approve & Sign elements.
