Geo Stamp widget: Not working on iPhone 11

    we have added Geo Stamp to one of our forms, we have one iphone 11 that will the Geo stamp does not come through, Murphy's law applies and it is the one phone we need it on. As it works brilliantly on our personal phones we believe it is an issue in a setting somewhere, would appreciate any guidance you could provide.

    Hi Carole,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry you're having issues with the Geo Stamp widget. I added the widget to one of my forms to test. I do not have an iPhone and can confirm the widget worked well. Have you made sure to give Jotform permissions on the device? If you fill out the form in a browser, you can change permissions by following the steps in this guide Turn Location Services and GPS on or off on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. If you are using the Jotform Mobile Forms app, it might ask you directly when you try filling out the form, so make sure to permit it.
