Payment billing question

    BlueSnap keeps sending us a email saying our credit card is invalid.  I changed and updated the billing credit card directly with JotForm online in our account with you.  Help?  I am afraid they are double billing us, and if we don't pay them they will cancel our account with you JotForm.

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

    I did check our records and I can confirm that you are not being double billed. When you updated your credit card details, you were signed up for a new subscription with FastSpring but your BlueSnap subscription was not cancelled. That is the reason you were receiving the warning emails from BlueSnap.

    I have taken care of this issue and cancelled your BlueSnap subscription. You will not receive any emails from BlueSnap anymore. You only have one active premium monthly subscription and set to renew on 20th of every month.
