why does a request info form not scale correctly in a mobile site?

    if you want to help me out please look at the site with a cell phone, the site is build with xara 10 pro.

     form is set up in jotform as 400 wide. 

    the button : auto parts search form.

    The issue is somehow caused by the website layout itself. Do you have any options on your website design software to position/add the form on the Mobile version of the site?

    Please try to play with the mobile layout of your Auto Parts Search form to see if that makes any difference.
