    Inquiry about subscription to JotForm

Asked by Maria Haraki, Cyprus University of Technology  on September 03, 2014 at 10:47 AM

    Dear Sir/Madame,

On behalf of the Cyprus University of Technology (CUT), I would like to inquire about subscribing to the JotForm (Premium package).

Could you please provide me with some details about pricing for a six month period or a yearly subscription? Do you have special pricing for Institutions/Universities?

Also, I would like to inform you that the preferred method of payment by CUT is by Bank Transfer.  Is this acceptable on your part?

Thanking you in advance and look forward to your response.

    Kind regards,

    Maria Haraki.

The payment options we have are monthly, yearly and bi-yearly and yes we do accept bank transfer but the minimun charge to be processed should be not lower than $100 since there would be manual handling involve.

For special pricing I would have to forward this to my higher ups since I cannot make decisions on that. Here are the links of the plans available if you are going to use local bank transfer.

    Jedcadorna,

    Thank you for your response.

The Cyprus University of Technology would like to proceed with the subscription to the Premium Bi-Yearly ($139.00 USD).

In order to proceed it is necessary to have an invoice sent to us.

Also since you accept payment by Bank Transfer, kindly send your Bank Information (Bank Name & Address, Account no., IBAN no., Swift Code). The invoice must not include VAT charge.

The VAT no. for CUT is: CY90002687H. Also, do not include bank charges as these fees are taken care of by the CUT during payment.

The Bill to/Send to Address is as follows:

    Cyprus University of Technology (CUT)

    Library

    Attn.: Maria Haraki

    38 Kitiou Kyprianou Street

    3041 Limassol,

    P.O.Box 50329

    Cyprus

Thank you and looking forward to your response.
