After the form is submitted, it is not redirecting to the URL which I have set in custom URL.

From testing your form, I saw this error in Firebug:

    NS_ERROR_MALFORMED_URI: Component returned failure code: 0x804b000a (NS_ERROR_MALFORMED_URI) [nsIDOMLocation.href]

At this time, I could not determine what is causing it.

Anyway, It's possible that you did not configure your Thank You page properly. When you edit your form, click Setup & Embed then click Thank You that is next to Email Alerts. You will a window like below:

You can set it whatever you want but if you set it with Custom URL, please check that you have provided the correct URL in the window after click Next. See below:

If you found that the URL was correct, double check that the URL is working by pasting it to the browser.

    Hello Windy,

Upon checking you form, I found that you have correctly set the "Custom Thank you URL". Once the form is submitted, it should redirect the user's to the following URL:

I did test your form and sent a test submission. It seems to be working as expected. After the form was submitted, I was redirected to the custom thank you URL. Please check the screenshot below:

Were you accepting the PayPal check out page to be displayed. If you access the URL directly, it gives the same error. Please take a look if it is a valid URL.

Please be noted that if you want to accept PayPal payments, you can add a PayPal payment question in your form which will automatically redirect you to PayPal checkout page. You may like to take a look at the following guides:

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!
