Cancel subscription: Wrong plan

    I made a huge mistake on the subscription. I meant to hit charged monthly not for the whole year. Can you please fix that error. I that to be reversed and charged only for the month on automatic payments.

    Thanks for reaching Jotform. I already raised the request to our Billing Department to cancel the annual Bronze subscription on your account and process a full refund. As soon as I get an update from them, I will circle back to this thread to inform you.

    Hi Billie,

    Thank you for waiting, I appreiciate it. I received an update from the Billing Department that they managed to downgrade your Bronze subscription to a monthly plan and refunded with the amount of $368.31 that will reflect on your bank account or payment option that was user after three to five business days.
