Issue with JotForm Support Submissions

    I believe there may be an issue with JotForm's support form.  Two and a half weeks ago I submitted a support ticket and never received a response.  When I inquired about it and checked "My Questions" the submission was not there.  I then went to resubmit the support ticket about 30 minutes ago it did not go through the first time.  There is no record of it in "My Questions".

    I posted a few test questions and they seem to be working correctly.  I checked your previous threads and it appears as though they went through and were updated.  Here is the previous post listing the responses to your threads:

    Thanks for looking.  The issue is that they wouldn't show up in previous threads if the submission didn't go through.  When I look through my previous threads, two are missing that I had to go back and re-create.

    We do not receive similar reports from other JotForm users, so this is a quite strange issue. There is a little chance that the service was overloaded and your message did not go through, or something was wrong in your browser.

    We would also suggest checking if you are logged into account before posting the question.
