Are there any limits on the emails

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. For free accounts, we allow only 20 email notifications to be sent out per hour.

For paid accounts, they are allowed to send 100 notifications per hour.

Yes, that's correct. The limit applies to the outgoing emails sent through the send mail button in tables. If you need to send more than a hundred emails per hour, I suggest looking into our Emailing Integration partners here. Some of them can also be integrated in your form's table through the Send Data to Other App option.
