    pdf won't include paragraph, even though it shows it in the pdf editor, and looks like it should print by default

    How can I fix formatting in the header of PDF downloaded forms that are submitted? -such that the title of the form either does not show, or can be made smaller and realigned.

    Hello Deb,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked the screenshot above and it seems that the paragraphs from the form are shown on the PDF. I also cloned your form and I was not able to replicate the issue. The paragraphs from the form are shown on the PDF document both on the email notification and when the document is downloaded from the Thank You page. Here is the result of my test:

    Could you tell us more about these paragraphs on the PDF? Do you need them shown on the PDF or hide some of them? I've created another thread for your other concern here.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
