Questions about the maximum amount of fields we can have

I'm wondering what the field maximums are with Jotform? We are looking to make a form with 1096 options (with checkboxes) with the ability for a user to only click on one, but we need the option.

I'm a bit confused what you're asking, are you hoping to have a field that has 1096 fields on it or are you wanting that many options to select on one question? If it's the amount of fields, please check out our pricing page which will tell you how many fields you are allowed to have on a form.

If it's the amount of selections for one field, fields can be 64 KB size for maximum. This is nearly 65,535 characters.
