I have already completed two forms and already have them in use. The service is working great! But now I've logged into my account and my saved forms aren't under "My Forms"... help!
Also I just looked at my activity log and its showing no activity since I started the account almost a month ago, even though I've actually done quite a bit. Am I out of luck?Page URL:

I found the forms on a guest account, you have probably created these forms while you are not logged in. I have now moved the forms to your registered account clairvoyanthawaii check your My Forms page section now.
