When a document is completed and items have been uploaded, the recipient is unable to open the attachments, they get a 404 error message.

Hi Linda,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you're getting an Error 404 when opening an uploaded file from the email, there might be a certain setting in your Jotform account that is causing the issue. This can be resolved by unchecking the Require log-in to view uploaded files option under the Privacy section. Let me show you how:
- Open your Account Settings page.
- Under Privacy, uncheck the Require log-in to view uploaded files option.
That's it. Once unchecked you should be able to open or download the attachments uploaded on your form that is sent to your email.
