    am trying to signup for a drag race package from Holley and in the email section I see the message "app-widgets.jotform.io took too long to respond"...


    it wont let me continue..


    how do i register or get rid of this issue?

    I'm sorry you're having trouble with widgets. We earlier had an issue with widgets not displaying but is now fixed as confirmed by our developers.

    Hello, as per checking, widgets are not yet fixed. it is still existing.

    Thanks for getting back to us. We're sorry you're having trouble with this. Since the issue was already fixed as per our Developers, I have gone ahead and cleared your form cache.

    Can you also perform clear cache and cookies on the browser that you are using most of the time before logging into your Jotform account and see how it goes? You may also try to use other browsers and devices if it will give you the same result. If you run into the same problem again, let us know and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.
