    Non mandatory Stripe payment question still expects the CC, CVV and expiry to be filled in.

    I have a registration form that works nicely with various calculations based on Quantities of people chosen and hidden price fields that all determine a total.  All calcs work all the way until I get to the bottom of the form to choose from a list of radio button payment options which depending upon the selection, open relevant form collapses to display the payment options.  At this point, when a radio button is chosen e.g. If I choose to pay by Stripe, the form total field (that was calculated) reverts to zero.  The same is the case when I choose an offline option i.e. simply to display a total at the bottom.

    However, when I go back up and simply click to focus back on the qty fields that the formulas in the form use (to come up with the total), the total which inexplicably went to zero, comes back again.

    Possibly something to do with the problem:

    When I view the Stripe settings and the Get Amount From selection, the single Total Amount field that I want to use appears 6 times.  I have included a screenshot of this.  I do fill this field conditionally based on a number of different conditions, but it is still only a single field.  So I am not sure if this is related to my problem, but if not, this is confusing in itself.

    I have tried clearing my cache.

    I've spent hours on this form, hitting little snags and then changing methods in order to solve other weird behaviour and so now I am at a final point with a problem I am unable to get around.

    So to see the problem, just choose say 2 golfers and notice the total amt - Total $ incl cart fees (including GST) .  Then go to the bottom of the form and choose either Cred Card payment or Payment arranged separately and notice that the total shows as zero.  Then scroll back up the form and notice that the
    Total $ incl cart fees (including GST) has reverted to zero.  Then simply click to focus on the qty field (don't change the qty) and suddenly the total comes back.

    I am absolutely confused as to why the total field goes to zero.

    Really need your help.  I have a deadline to have this form ready for the customer in 24 hours.

    Problem just solved!

    I found an extra calculation on this field that was creating the havoc.

    Well, that was until I tried the very last thing - Submit a registration.

     

    BUT the SUBMIT button is not working now.

     

    Help please.

    Hello charitychallenge,

    I did test your form and I am able to replicate the issue you are having. It seems if you select the "Payment arranged separately - " radio button option, the submit button does not work. It seems that if you do not input the credit card details in the Stripe payment question, form is not allowed to be submitted. As per this thread, the issue was already resolved by our back end team. I am not sure how this issue has come back again. 

    Let me report this to our back end team. We will get back to you as soon as this issue is fixed.

    Hi

    I have tested the form now and notice that the Submit button does not work on the first click - it needs a second click before it works.  I chose the second (non-credit card payment option) to test.

    Any thoughts?

    I am unable to replicate the issue you are having. I did test your form and I was able to submit your form successfully in one click. Please check the screenshot below:
