Really not understanding this simple conditional logic problem. Simple (2 rule & 2 action) logic and screenshot provided.

    I'm not quite sure what you're trying to achieve with your example but what I see on your screenshot is conflicting condition. Combine the two conditions instead since you are using the same field on IF rule just like the following.

    So if ANY of the two IF rules are met, it will hide the 3 and 4 dropdown fields.
