Pending Submission Error

    A user filled out payment form that is integrated with website payments pro. 

    When I created the form I made sure you test integration, and received the message, integration successful. However, 

    when I check my form submissions, and selected complete submission I recieved an error. The second time I tried completing it, t

    the submssion was successful, however when I check my paypal account, the payment wasnt processed? How can this be?

    Also, am I going to have to approve every single form submission in order to collect payments using jotforms?

    Hi kmarimon1,

    Thank you for using JotForm!

    Pending submissions occur when a user fills up the form, submits it, but doesn't continue the billing or payment process. There is no way for you to get paid for a pending submission by clicking on the Complete button. We have that button so that if you contact the user and tell you he/she will pay by check or cash, you can click on Complete to include that submission in your reports once the payment is cleared.
