My form is no longer uploading documents. I need my form to download multiple files. How do I fix this?

Did you see errors when you upload files to your form? Let us know what is it so we can identify the exact problem you have encountered.
When I submit a test submission with your form, it went through just fine and upload the files.
We'd appreciate if you could provide more details about the problem.
- sanctuary.uabAnswered on September 11, 2014 at 05:16 AM?No errors appeared. It will not open the file box so I can upload a document. I also cannot download any prior documents that have been uploaded already. Please help.

Are you experiencing this situation in more than one browser?
I made test submissions using Chrome, Firefox and Iexplorer with success:
I also could access the uploaded files. Are you trying to access the uploaded files on the submissions area of your Jotform account or are you trying to access them from your email?
Upon inspecting this form I realized it only had one submission and that also seemed a test submission. Were any submissions deleted?
Also are you able to upload files using this test form?
