condition wizard not appearing when selected

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly.

Do you mean to say that when you click on the "Conditions" button of editor toolbar, it does not display the condition wizard window?

I checked few of your last edited form and did not find any issue with that. Clicking on condition button does display the wizard window without any issue. Please check the screenshot below:

If you continue to have this issue it could be related to CDN and clicking on the following URL should solve this problem:  https://www.jotform.com/?noCDN=true
