I upgraded my account and Paid via payment processor, and still no Upgrade and no support!

    I signed up over 2 weeks ago and still no upgrade

    I sent an email over 1 week ago, and no response, Why?

    Sorry about that. Because of a problem on the order form, your username was missing from the order. That's why it wasn't upgraded automatically. I upgraded Topmo manually.

    Regarding the support emails, unfortunately, I cannot find any emails from your email address. Did you use a different email address?

    We answer all emails within the same day. If you do not get a response in a day, we might not be receiving your emails. If you do not get an answer within the same day, please post on the forum instead.
