    Hi Wilfred,

    Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. On how you can include the original PDF to your autoresponder email, is easy by following the steps below:

    1. Click on Settings.
    2. Go to Form Settings in the left side corner of your screen.
    3. Tick check box, go back to the autoresponder's settings and there should be an option to attach the original PDF.
