I've just been informed that my credit card is not working

    After receiving an email, I tried following the instructions from a company called Blue Snap - it is very complicated and difficult. 

    I'm happy to replace credit card details or whatever - but if I can avoid a challenging episode of accessing my account details I'd be most grateful.

    Please let me know.

    Please be noted that BlueSnap is our payment processing partner.

    Upon checking your account, I found that you have successfully upgraded your account again with the new credit card with order #INT140909-2611-53905.

    Just to ensure that there is no double billing, I have gone ahead and cancelled your BlueSnap subscription. Your account is in good shape now.
