    None of the submissions are being delivered

    Asked by BuzzLightyear on September 08, 2011 at 04:00 AM

    I have just checked the log of submissions and twenty have been delivered to barry@westonupontrent.plus.com

    I ran a couple of tests today. I sent a test from within my control panel that was received OK. I filled in a form on our website www.astonontrenthistory.org.uk twice. Both were submitted to JotForm however they were not forwarded to me.

    Can you explain why this is please.

    Also I would like to be able to add another e-mail address that the submissions so that our secretary receives the information contained in the completed form, how can I do this please.

    Hi BuzzLightyear,

    Thank you for using JotForm!

    I've tried replicating your issue on our end and I've noticed an invalid email address placed in the recipient's field which is something like this one below:

    barry@we********trent.plus.hel********_c@hotmail.com

    I suggest you review your email notification configuration and make the necessary changes. In addition, if you're trying to have multiple email addresses as recipients, separate them with comma.

    Comma Separated Email Addresses

    Hope this helps.

    If you do have further issues and concerns, please feel free to contact us again.

    This is what is being completed on the form:

    * Submission Date

    2011-09-08 09:54:37

    * Full Name

    Barry Thompson

    * E-mail

    barry@seleXXXXXXXX

    * Subject:

    Test

    * Your message

    This is another test to check that the completed forms are being delivered.

    This is what I receive:

    Full Name Barry Thompson
    E-mail barry@seleXXXXXXXX
    Subject
    Your message This is another test to check that the completed forms are being delivered.

    As you can see there is nothing against Subject in the received message. Do you have an idea why this should be like this?

    Hi BuzzLightYear,

    Does this always occur or only for this specific submission. I have made a test submission earlier, kindly check if the Subject field remains blank when it is sent to your mailbox.

    Your message contained the information in the subject field:

    Full Name JotForm Support
    E-mail noreply@jotform.com
    Subject Can you see this?
    Your message Test submission from JotForm Support.

    The one I sent soon afterwards didn’t:

    Full Name Barry Thompson
    E-mail barry@xxxxxxxxxxxxx.org.uk
    Subject
    Your message This is another test to check that the completed forms are being delivered.

    There has been a problem with the Subject field not being seen. Herewith another test.

    Hi Barry,

    On what form are you having the test for your notification? Is it from the form embedded on your site, in JotForm's form builder preview, or from http://www.jotform.com/form/3253011446? I've just learned that the form located in your site was embedded through its full source code, which means that you have to copy and paste the code every time you update the form in JotForm's form builder. I would suggest you use iFrame instead and run the notification test again. Hope this helps.

    Any updates regarding your issue would be greatly appreciated.
