Can i change the Matrix whole size?

Here i need to merge this matrix(learner's attendance details with the matrix drop down(learner's personal details) by increasing the width of the form a little bit and by decreasing the size of the matrix also

In the Matrix properties, there are settings for cell and table width. I think that is what you're trying to change. Please kindly check:

If not, we can use the a custom CSS codes to move it to the left side.
