Also for testing purposes, is there a way to see the form filled out, without the need to produce a link and fill out all the required fields?

    Hello Carmen,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Based on the last ticket I answered, it seems that you're working on PDFs; if you wish to see what the PDF output would look like without having to fill out the form and all its required fields, you do not have to do much. When opening the PDF Editor of a form that does not yet have any submission, it will trigger the pop-up message seen below:

Clicking on the Cancel option that's highlighted above will automatically fill the PDF with dummy data:

Another way to generate input values without manually filling out each of the fields on the form is by using the Fill Form feature/button. Let me show you how:

    1. Open the Form Builder.
    2. Toggle the Preview Form on.
    3. Click on the Fill Form button and wait for the form to refresh.
    4. Fill Form fills most of the fields, simply answer the empty fields if there are any. 1660368761 62f73779569f0 Preview Screenshot 32

However, please note that submissions, even the ones through the Preview mode will be counted against the submissions limit. On the other hand, If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?

Let us know if you need any more help.
