Our website seems to be down and is getting stuck when applicants (and the employees that have tested it) click "submit." After attempting the submit, the website just freezes and doesn't direct applicants to a new page. I can't find anything wrong with the form from our end. Thanks for checking this out!*****
^^ I removed the unconfigured widget and it is still occurring. The page is stuck for several minutes and then goes to a blank screen.

It's because of the unconfigured widget to the bottom of your form. Please kindly removed that to fix the problem:

I made a test submission in the form and it took several seconds to submit the form without displaying the thank you message.
I created a clone of the form and when I submitted the form I was immediately directed to the thank you page:
