We have implemented a credit card form, working with authorize.net, which is working very well.
See http://instantcard.net/payment-processing/
However, we have had several clients who are reticent to enter details in the form, because they do not see the "SSL" lock in the url. I believe that all information they enter is encrypted, but they don't see it.
How can we show clients that they are safe entering their information? Is there a way to reassure them?
thanks
David

Hello David-
Thanks for the inquiry. They are right to be concerned. JotForm does offer SSL forms. Please see this guide in how to embed with a secure connection.
http://www.jotform.com/help/63-How-can-I-receive-SSL-Submissions
We also have a Secure image that will only appear if you're using an SSL version of the form:
http://www.jotform.com/help/131-Enabling-Security-Certificate-Seal-on-Secure-Forms
In order to have the entire page be listed as SSL for your users, you'll have to update this page to use an SSL connection: http://instantcard.net/payment-processing/
It would have to use https:// That's something we can't do on our end. Your web developers would have to update it.
Please let us know if you have further questions.
