    Form not working

Asked by ewtsm on September 08, 2011 at 08:38 AM

Hi, my forms on Jotform are not matching what is appearing on my website. I refresh both and save and add the code again, I even have re done the forms. It is the same form but I have made changes and the changes don't come over. Any suggestions? Thanks.

    Hi ewtsm,

I inspected your website's code and found several JotForm embed codes of the same form ID. Is this correct?

With regards to your form not updating, kindly change the URL fo the form from

    http://form.jotform.com/jsform/12380559854

    to

    http://www.jotform.com/jsform/12380559854

Kindly try it and let us know if the updates are now taking effect or not. Thank you for using JotForm!

    Hi,

Thanks for your email. I just found that too, I am not sure what is going on there?

The three forms that aren’t updating are:

    http://www.easywaystosavemoney.com.au/about/851/submit-exclusive-offer

    http://www.easywaystosavemoney.com.au/about/849/sumbit

    http://www.easywaystosavemoney.com.au/about/850/submit-article

View example below of one of them that is different from Jotform to website.

Also, I don’t know how to use the embed code you sent through (http:// www.jotform.com/jsform/12380559854)

, I need the html code to make the form appear on the website ()

    Cheers,

    Esta.

    Hi Esta,

Please use this embed code and see if the updates are now showing up or not.:

    <script src="http://www.jotform.com/jsform/12380559854"></script>

Do the same for the other two forms. We'll await your resposnse so that we can help you further.
