    Would it be possible for the PDF template to be attached to the ClickUp task?

    Hello Jon,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, if you are referring to the PDF template that is being sent to your email once someone filled out your form. I'm afraid this is not possible.

    But as a workaround, you can have an Upload Field on your form so you can use it to send the uploaded file to Clickup using Integration. You can map the file upload fields on the form to Clickup by matching field.
