Product Field: How to add it back with my products?

    Hi I tried to delete just the STRIP information on part of the form, as i was told by one of your employees, and I knew it would happen, it deleted all my inventory listed. I went to revisions to bring it back, and it is still not showing. Where can i go to get the field that i just removed put back. So sorry for the inconvenience, I am a real novice at this. When I removed the stripe CC input are, it also removed my products that were listed. Please advise. Feel free to access account and Id like to have the form the way it was before I made the last deletion. Thanks

    Hello Ken,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Adding the Product Field on your form will automatically add the products that come with it as well. Let me show you how:

    • In Form Builder, click on the Add Element menu on the left side of the screen.
    • Scroll down and click on the Product Field element.
    • This should automatically add your products back.

    Please see the screencast below for my results:


    As you can see, I've deleted the Product Field but when I added it back, the products that come with it also returned. Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry if you're having trouble with your form. I tried to check your forms, and your Products are still in the form. Please see attached photos below:


    The credit card section for Stripe has gone as well. Are you still missing some products in your forms? If these are all you have in your forms. Please try to Clear your Forms Cache.

    Go to your Account Settings

    Scroll down to Form Cache

    Click on Clear Form Cache

    Hi brother. Seems when I go to add product field back, all my inventory shows back up, more or less.. so that is great! Thank you!
