Jotform Tables: Send form action button prefill not showing date picker fields as options

    I'm attempting to prefill a form using the table column option and date fields are not showing up on the list of columns to map. I've tried this using the same source form and a different prefill form in the approval workflow and the date fields did show up. The fields are not listed on either the source form or the form to fill.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry you're having trouble with this. I was unable to recreate the issue from my end using the table column option. Could you kindly share with us the form URL you are referring to?


    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

    I was going to use the form pre-fill in workflow, and that seemed to work well. But, I need to do some separate workflow on the new form, so switched to creating a table column for the source form, and sending the form from there. All my columns were available to map except for the two date fields.

    I'm making some more changes to it after a meeting last night, so it's not 100% in working order, but I think you can get to the table?

    Hi Jenn,

    Thanks for getting back to us. We’re sorry you're having difficulties with this. ​​I made a clone of your form and found when using the send form prefill button in the table that date fields were not able to be selected like they are when using the normal prefill options, so I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developer team.

    Although we don't know exactly when the issue will be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.

    Thank you. This is a reference field for the subsequent forms, so for now I think i can copy the data into a regular short text field and use that until the issue is resolved. I will keep monitoring this thread for updates.
